FO/Swap: ELAC speaker drive units !
ELAC UK (later Electro Acoustic Company) drive units :
3x TW4/17 tweeters (+ 1x same open circuit thrown in for free).
90mm dia cones in a 100mm dia body with 4 mtg holes at 115mm PCD.
2x 10RM/212 woofers
22cm dia cones in a 25.5cm dia chassis (10"), with 4 mounting holes at
245mm PCD
Suspect 100wrms rating. Woofer is not a very long throw, quite stiff.
Tweeters are
currently wired to woofer via non elec 2uF cap as simple crossover, sounds
OK, but
I'm sure that can be improved on.
Cant find any data, so must sell. Hopefully will be of some use to
someone.
Best offer secures, or would swap for small bookshelf speakers (max
30cmHx25cmDx20cmW).
