08/25/07 PRESS RELEASE - Last night, David Marks and Jon Stebbins
appeared together and signed copies of The Lost Beach Boy at Book
Soup in Hollywood California.
Hopefully if you were able to, you took advantage of the op****tunity
to meet them.
But, for the majority of you who sadly were not be able to meet David
and Jon last night, there is good news.
While Brian Wilson has announced he will be celebrating the 40th
anniversary of Sgt Peppers this summer while on tour, SmileySmile.net
will be throwing its own special party. Next month, in honor of the
40th anniversary of the Beach Boys SMILEY SMILE album, four people
will win some very special prizes.
Each winner will receive a sign copy of Adam Marsland's "Long Promised
Road -- Songs of Dennis & Carl Wilson" CD, and a signed copy of "The
Lost Beach Boy." "The Lost Beach Boy" will be signed by both David
and Jon.
