The scene you describe is from the Paramont 1947 movie, "Ladies'
Man" (not to be confused with the Jerry Lewis movie, "The Lady's
Man"). Too bad it's never been commercially available. But the
"Cocktails" number does show up in a Dr. Demento comic compilation
video.
