I've been a volunteer DJ at the Gaston College radio station WSGE
doing a 30s 40s 50s Big Band radio show for the past 27 years. The
show runs live every sunday afternoon from 2 to 6 eastern time
(1800-2200GMT). 91.7 mhz FM on the air and on the internet

Some weeks are like this example, some are devoted to a chronological
look at the great Big Bands and singers of the era. Once a month I do
a count down show with the hit songs of that month from 1940-1948.
As a volunteer it has been my labor of love doing the show for 27
years.
