Peter - if you have a chance, visit "Blues and Brews" in Great Falls,
Montana. It's held the first Friday after Labor Day. There's usually a
regional blues band or two, plus local favorites - the 49th Street Blues
Project, generally; Phil Aaberg also makes an appearance (he played with
Elvin Bishop). It's billed as "best party in Great Falls" and it benefits
the River's Edge Trail.
Not affiliated with the organization; I've attended in the past (when
living
in GF).
