10:00 AM CST 9/20/04 A COLLECTIVE WISH FOR POSITIVITY!! 
For quite some time the band has been struggling with an almost
insurmountable
situation that could mean the end of the BoDeans. We are fighting hard for
justice and to be able to continue doing what we love-making music for you
guys. Tomorrow begins the final phase of this journey and because you've
all
been there with us through the good and the bad for so many years and we
know
you want only good things for us all, we beg you to take a moment tomorrow
morning and pray for justice. If we can all send positive energy in the
guys
direction, maybe it will be enough to move the universe in that direction.

Anybody know what this might be about? I'm thinking maybe a lawsuit from
their
former manager? Sounds dire...
