As we all have heard via Bodeanie, the guys are going through a
difficult time with all this legal stuff (which I understand very
little about). There has been lots of talk on the bodeans.com site
about giving as much sup****t to the band as possible. I know nothing
we do can change the mind of any judge, or make justice lean one way
or another, but I do know that in times of hard****p, moral sup****t is
golden. Here is a message I had posted on the bodeans.com site that
some of you might be interested in.

It's been great to see and read all the wonderful posts giving moral
sup****t to the band, and the idea of monetary sup****t is wonderful
also. I know it was suggested that one card or letter was written and
signed by all, but seems a little difficult when considering the
amount of people and the miles between us. Also, everyone knows how
nice it is to receive a card with lots of names and notes written all
over it rather than a card that says "with love, from the gang" -
don't get me wrong, I'm sure everyone on the board could help write a
great letter...but you know what I mean. Its nice to see the
personalities of each person show through the notes.
So I had an idea...
What if we did a sort of scrapbook, or book of notes from everyone.
Anyone who wanted to contribute could design one page however they
liked and mail it to a central person (me, I imagine) who would
assemble the pages together and then send the resulting book to the
band.
Pages could be handwritten, typed, drawn, sewn, colored, painted, have
photos on them or other things attached. There could be lots of words
or just two words or no words.... whatever shows the personality of
the creator and shows the love and appreciation they have for the
band.
Everyone could design one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, either one side
or both sides. Just so it fits in one of those clear plastic sheet
protector thingys, and then I would assemble all the pages together
into a nice looking binder. I imagine it would be nice to include your
name and maybe where your from so that the band could see who you are,
but you wouldn't have to if you didn't want to.
This way the band could have a book that shows how much we love them,
and they could see how many people are out there that are thinking and
praying for them. Also we could have this done and together in the
next two weeks, well before any trial would actually take place.
I just thought that it would be wonderful to have something to give to
the band that they could actually hold in their hand and page through.
Something that held a little bit of ourselves, and had a personal
touch to it rather than just one group signature. You could be as
creative as you'd like, including just a couple words in the middle or
you could fill the page with colors and drawings and words and such.
Or maybe just one picture sums it up. Basically, anything goes. Its
your page to the band, do what you want.
Also, this would be open to anyone that wanted to create a page -=-
frequent posters, those lurking, or people that never come to this
site. So spread the word if you know of others who would like to
participate.
One last thing....what should we name this book??
I'm getting ready to move this week, so my mailing address is going to
be changing (unfortunately I'm not sure what my new box number will be
yet) So I guess if this idea is a go, then maybe you would want to
start designing your page and have it ready to mail later in the week
or by the first week of October?
