Those details I'm not sure about....
But the same thoughts crossed my mind about doing a show note for note.
I'm guessing that they do it by ear...but that seems as though it'd be
taxing for the most
skilled musician. But, yeah, trying to do it by sheet music...you're not
kidding about the
size of such a tome.
