Was anyone lucky enough to snag both the autographed booklet *and* limited
edition CD? I ordered earlier today and will be getting the extra CD, but
I
missed out on the autographed booklet. I heard before that Cake doesn't
like signing autographs, so I would be curious to find out if the album
sold
extremely well or if there were just very few signed copies available.
I'm
also curious as to how rare the CD is (the bonus one that is, not Pressure
Cheif). I actually came here to post the URL for the preorders in case
anyone didn't get the e-mail, but I just found out that both items are
gone.
