Hmmm.. you don't have the original tape, do you? My mistake. Grrrrrr.

Whyohwhyohwhy do people go to all the effort of digitising their rare and
precious cassettes ... but choose some crappy old bitrate and don't even
bother to clean their tape heads?  Is this some universal harkening back
to
the days of scratchy vinyl? The grunge of beer-soaked cassette tapes for
that authentic sweaty bedroom feel?

Well, it's an opinion.
