The Gradus, and The Study of Fugue, both by Fux, were edited by Alfred
Mann and published by Norton.  Copies are in the Denver Public Library
and presumably elsewhere.  I would also recommend the Tovey edition of
the 48 preludes and fugues, and his 'Companion to the Art of the
Fugue'.  For advanced students c.f. Hugo Norden's "The Technique of
Canon"
