No, that's not BWV 80.
We listen unquestionably to the first movement of Bach's Cantata No. 30a
"Angenehmes Wiederau", first performance on September 28th, 1737. The
setting appeares within the cantata a second time with another text as
final movement.
Additionally Bach remodelled the audible grand, but here a bit crude
performed setting later than 1738 to a church cantata BWV 30 (without
trumpets and timpani): Freue dich, erlöste Schar.
