That's one of my favs still. It is a song where the structure of the
lyrics and music harmonise beautifully into what is for me vocalised
poetry. Also what gives it that extra dimension that I love about the
Manics is it's brief but poignant references to people, famous and not
famous. And it has one of the best clips from a tv programme too. It
never fails to move me.
