gem/andy - time to move on

For all the fuss a few years back about the band not being democratic, it
is
obvious that only Noel knows how to write the oasis tune. Let's face it,
none of the songs written by other band members sound anything close to
oasis. Sales of their singles prove the point. Time to get a new bass
player/rhythm guitarist/drummer or the old arrangement where Noel does all
the songs, artwork,etc. You don't need democracy in everything you know.
