OK, I'll start with the obvious. Jim James and Calexico's cover of
Goin' to Acapulco! What a moment. The civil war stage band was
reminiscent of Chest Fever and The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down.
Also, did anyone notice the resemblance of the big Ludwig maple bass
drum to the one Levon used to record The Band's first two albums? Wow,
just amazing.

Question: Did anyone notice any problems with the instrumentation
during the Royal Albert Concert Hall performace of Ballad of  Thing
Man? It looked like there were three axe-bearing musicians on stage.
Robbie, Rick, and _____? I know Dylan kicks Manuel off piano for this
tune, but he doesn't pick up a guitar?!
