Hi Annie,

I've watched TLW with the Scorcese comments and he says they were
constantly out of film on several camara's. Thats why there are some
long shots from just one camera (like Muddy Waters) just because it
was the only footage he had. Still it's strange that all the quest
stars appear in the film accept Bobby Charles. I got the official cd
release of the last waltz and again, in the booklet, no photos of
Bobby Charles. (while there are photo's of any other artistthat
performed) I've read several articles in magazines claiming that the
reason was that he had obvious cocaine traces hanging on his nose.
There are several re****ts from that evening talking of a 'white room'
backstage. Still, just rumours, but I'm very curious about any footage
there is. There were some clips on youtube a while ago from a bootleg
DVD "the lost waltz' with video that was shot from the audience. Not
very good quality but there is something out there. -those clips are
also removed :-(

Did you see this bootleg DVD?

cheers,
Henk
