No Henk, I haven't seen it - but have read about it on The Band's
website - it certainly has all the performances - including those of
The Band that are missing from the official release. Re drug use, it
is a common "fact" or "myth" that Neil Young came out to perform with
cocaine still hanging from his nose and it was edited out - so that
can't be the role reason for Bobby Charles' exclusion. And as for The
Band's performances, eg Georgia, I've read that there exclusion is
that there was a feeling that Richard's vocal and the overall
performance were just not good enough. And as said above, even if
these outtakes come to life on YouTube, it seems that they will be
quickly be made unavailable due to copyright restrictions.
