Ahlam - Al Thokol San'a - orchestration

by rdrm65@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sep 12, 2006 at 05:49 PM

Is it correct that there is a duduk on some tracks? Is there any
special reason for including that? I don't think I've ever heard one
on a song by a khaleeji singer before (or possibly on a song by an
Arabic singer in general, for that matter). It works fairly well, I
think.

(I think Ahlam is an excellent singer, but I'm not always completely
sold on the music that surrounds her singing.)
