I'm good with all three of these songs. C&tP was my first Beach Boy album,
and though it disapponted me compared with the 'Greatest Hits' album I had
heard, I still thought it was good. As a single, 'Mess of Help' was better
than 'Sail on Sailor', and 'Marcella' is okay compared with everything
post-Love You.
These three specifically? Hmmm... I'm not sure about the 'message' in All
This is That, but I like the singing and arrangement. 'Cuddle Up' is dense
-
very Dennis. Make It Good builds up a lot of tension, and relieves it
well.
Good choices...
