can anybody hook me up via with a solo piano version -- i know bruce has
played it a couple of times...i hope BH will release a solo piano show
containing this tune after the bluegrass album with ricky skaggs gets its
formal release.
great song, great humor -- my dad and bruce's dad must be somehow
genetically connected :)
was fortunate enough (with a bit of driving) to catch 2 shows this
week...i'm not a good enough scorekeeper to give setlists, but i came away
thinking a thought i've had for a couple of years now: king of the hill
is
BH's finest solo piano moment!
believe me, i argue with myself about this constantly because of the
consistent high quality of BH's performances (and soooo many personal
favorites that he plays sooo well), but i keep coming back to that
opinion -- was reminded directly of it in cleveland on wednesday ;)
would love to hear on which songs you feel Bruce is at the top of his game
when just he and the steinway are on the stage...
