That was Tupac sampling Bruce for a song. Bruce had it played over the
PA just before he came onstage. Tupac had been dead a couple of years
by then. I believe Bruce was honoring a hometown hero by mentioning how
honored he was to have been sampled by him. I don't believe they ever
performed together.
