Hey there, I'm looking for a Beatles connection.
On February 14, 1964, The Beatles were in Miami Florida, and were taken
on a tour round Miami Harbour in a luxury houseboat provided by a
"Bernard Castro."
The creator of a popular sofa bed and founder of a huge furniture chain
called Castro Convertibles was a "Bernard Castro" originally from New
York.
The furniture maker Castro later had a well-known daughter who got her
college degree in Florida, and is still a prominent businesswoman in
that state. I've attempted to contact her, but have not received a
response.
Could The furniture creator be the man who supplied The Beatles
houseboat?
