This came up with a client of mine and I thought maybe someone here
might know the answer: who did the layout for the covers? Was it a
standard format by EMI's people, someone at NEMS, etc?
I'm not talking photos or the body text =97 those credits are pretty
well known. I'm looking for whether or not info on who put it all
together is around.
