Re: Can't Buy Me Love by Jonathon Gould, 2007...best Beatle book?

I like the book as well, but I have to agree that it seems more for
those who know a lot of the story already.  Boy, I would LOVE one book
that covered it all reasonably: bio, music (!), and cultural context.
Being semi-error free would be a plus too!  I love McDonald's
"Revolution in the Head," but it obviously doesn't attempt to cover
bio stuff and the "story" in any comprehensive way.  Maybe Lewisohn's
(3 volume?) tome will?  Maybe someone on the list should write
something?  :-)

Any other favorite books?
