Hi Geff -
It's kind of a controversial subject. Bev Smith an interview about it
several years back. That appeared in Acoustic Guitar Magazine, I
believe. I think Mark Simos has written a column or columns in Fiddler
Magazine about guitar backup. He might have opined on this issue as
well.
