My parents, who are 80 years old, placed an order for $81.35 on
12/15/07. The check was cashed on the 20th. The order was never
received. They have made numerous phone calls and have never gotten
through. They mailed a letter in January and have gotten no response.
If anyone knows of a way to proceed with this, please let me know.
