Your parents can re****t it to the attorney general of their state, not
that it necessarily does much good. For NY, info to do so is located
at http://www.oag.state.ny.us/consumer/consumer_issues.html

It looks like the company was based in Oklahoma, so they could go the
Oklahoma route:

Not that it is lilely to get them their money back, but at least
they're doing something.

I noted that the company's website does not appear to be on-line
anymore.
