I wrote to Dick Spottswood about a few other typos and such, asking if
he wanted to be told in case they had plans for a corrected edition.
He said that there were quite a few, as he and Doug Meade were under a
good deal of pressure to get it out in a hurry, and that publication
was so expensive that he very much doubted that there would ever be a
corrected edition. (At least, that's my recollection of his response.)
