I have a copy of a home recording of fiddlers George Mert Reves and
his nephew Merle Reves of Dennard, Arkansas. I wondered whether anyone
knows when that recording was made and also whether Merle is playing
much today and if so what he sounds like. A quick search on the ol'
google turned up the following reference to Merle placing in a fiddle
