WOW! IT WENT WONDERFULLY!

It was really really REALLY nice.

I welcomed them in, we said our hellos, and hugs and kisses, we sat
down in the living room, we chatted, they told me about the wedding
and their time with some of our cousins, we ordered dinner, we sat at
the dining room table and enjoyed a small Mexican feast, we played a
little on the computer, we talked about some family business, and then
they left.

I am really really pleased.

Everything is just going beautifully.

They really understand, and their understandiing is drawing out my
confidence, and making me feel like I would be willing to go out with
them.

One event I don't feel I can back out of, under any cir***stances, nor
would I wish to, is the dedication of my father's gravestone, for
which the whole family will be in attendance.

Well, that is all.

Have a nice evening.

Oh. P.S. At one point, when I was saying how much better I felt for
quitting smoking, my mom took my hand, to kiss it, and then she
INHALED really hard, to smell my hand, to see if she could smell
cigarettes. OMG! SHE DOESN'T BELIEVE ME! SHE DOESN'T TAKE ME AT MY
WORD! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! Oh well, I'm letting that go.
