away. The release was of course a mistake -- CBS thought they were
releasing the album version. I still have the 45 and transcribed it
recently to CD. And for some reason the sound is more alive, more
vibrant, than any subsequent 'official' re-release.
Another 'official' release made by mistake at that time was the 45 of
Mixed Up Confusion, released only in the Benelux Countries and heard
nowhere else for many years -- that was a blast as well....
