Advice on getting old pipes working again

I haven't played my pipes in years, and have been thinking recently
that I should really get them out and start playing them again.

I was in my early teens when I played them regularly, so I'm pretty
sure the bag is a "junior" size, but after so long in the pipe box, I
expect that the bag will need to be re-seasoned or replaced anyway...

Definitely I'd like to get a set of plastic reeds.

Anyway, can somebody offer advice and/or point me toward some online
resources on the subject.  Also, if you happen to know of a good pipe
supply store in the Toronto area, let me know...
