2 violin, one choice????

I'm guitarist and now I'm interested in violin.

I have 2 violins from Ebay.

I know. Cheap ones, but they sound kind a nice.

In one chin rest on right side goes over the tailpiece, in other it
doesn't.

 type of chin rest is better from these two?

Violin on the right has much higher action (string high on guitar, is the 
same name for violin?) and I fill this one better. Isn't that strange?

Now I don't know which one to keep.

Any advice please
