Does anyone moderate or somehow own this group? Does it need a
moderator?
I'm thinking of getting a dulcimer maker's group up and healthy. This
list has fallen to disuse and would be a good place. If anyone knows
about this group or about these usenet groups in general as to this
issue, could you answer here. It would be nice to have a strong
dulcimore-making place on the net.
