classic version of "Begin the Beguine" for Bluebird Records in New
York City. 

JULY 24 1955

In New Orleans ****rley & Lee record "Lee's Dream"/"I'll Do It" as
their next single for Aladdin. Two other tracks "Everything" and "Tell
Me So" will remain unissued.

Guy Mitchell guest hosts Ed Sullivan's "Toast Of The Town" show

JULY 24 1956

After a decade together as the country's most popular comedy team,
Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis this night call it quits on their
partner****p.They perform their last show together at the Copacabana in
New York City

The Coasters record "Idol With the Golden Head" and "What Is The
Secret Of Your Success" for Atlantic at Chess Studios in Chicago
