Somewhat similar to the French in that all tones are from the same 
whole-tone collection and the interval vectors are 0,2,0,2,0,2 and 
0,2,0,3,0,1 respectively.  Maybe it could be either the Belgian or Basque 
6th?

I think I'd tend to agree as G+/Db seems best to convey the sense of 
dominant moving to C  - better than my first choice of Eb7(#5)/Db.
