Seventh Mode of Harmonc Minor

Ok, Ok, I know r.m.t.ers don't like calling rotations of scales modes, but 
it works for most people.

How do we name the modes of the Harmonic Minor scale, particularly the 
seventh mode? I'm currently using:

1. Harmonic minor
2. Locrian nat6
3. Augmented (Ionian #5)
4. Dorian #4
5. Phrygian major
6. Lydian #2
7. Superlocrian dim7 or superlocrian bb7

But these are my own terms based on the similarities to, and variations 
from, the major modes, are there "officially" recognised terms used in 
academia?
