Do you mean: You can transpose chromatic scales as you like but you'll
always end up with a chromatic scale? If so - doesn't this also apply
to diminished chords, or any of the structures we're discussing? One
of the features of chromatic transposition is that you end up with the
thing you started with - transposition that alters the thing you
transpose is more like development and less like transposition.

Or were you making a point about modes of limited transposition - the
number of times you can transpose a given construct before you end up
back where you started?
