I thought that this particular statement was a bit strange when I read
it, but then it was a really long time ago. Wiki does it again. I
think I remember seeing this same thing there myself, I don't know who
started it, maybe it was Dolmetsh that gave it to Wili! I don't know
which came first.

There is at least one less copy since Katrina. After looking at your
link I remembered that I had had that book since my college days or
maybe even before. I enjoyed picking it up every decade or so to
remind me of  what was im****tant back then. Its all pretty much basic
things that have been rewritten over and over again with slightly
different spins by many different authors. Of course one couldn't
expect much new to come out of re analyzing the same music over and
over. They should have gotten it right centuries ago! lol
